THE NEW HISTORY

Ralph Gardner wrote a history of the first hundred years of the Club back in 1975 to coincide with the Centenary celebrations.

There is a new one - published December 2007

Quite a lot of the book was available here but you have now missed the opportunity to read it for free and will have to pay for it - £3.50 (or £4 with postage and packing) with a free photo DVD
I would be grateful for any comments; and more so for anything to add to it.

The new history book only goes up to 1952, while elsewhere on this site you can find reports from about 2001 onwards.

There are also team photos from 1952-2000 on another page but below you will find other stuff relating to the missing years
