Do former youth players qualify for the PPA?

Dear Members,

Just a line from your Chairman as to the aspirations of the Association.
We have been a little bit in limbo due to circumstances but intend to become more active in the future.
It would be nice if we could attract more members - as the saying goes "the more the merrier". It does not cost an arm and a leg to join the Association and the more we raise the more we can attain.
We have all been playing members of a club that has a reputation for hospitality and it is up to us to carry this forward.
Brixham is a friendly town and Brixham Rugby Club is a friendly club. We will maintain the traditions of rugby football that have stood us all in good stead.
I say to you all in conclusion that the friendliness and camaraderie of the past, the present and, hopefully, the future will be maintained in the embodiment of our Association
