After a few weeks off the team came back with a new look in their faces. The last couple of games haven't gone as well as we wanted but today after a good training session play seemed to click with great forward play and pacey running on the wings. With Brixham a couple of players short Totnes kindly leant Brixham Noah and Jack.
Straight from the whistle Brixham came out of the blocks with a hunger and passion placing Totnes under pressure, which created an early try from Josh Freeman. With great play from the forwards gaining ground from solid rucking. The ball was moved quickly out to the wings through good ball handling from Dom, Paul, Saxon and Brandon for Sam Camplin to drive through for a try. With strong runs from Jake Rogers down the middle created a first half hatrick to put Brixham 25-10 up at the break. With Jake Rogers scoring straight after the break things were looking good. Totnes showed great team play to get back 2 tries to make the score 30-20. On loan Jack from Totnes made a fast run down the wing to score against his team mates for Brixham. Still hungry for more Jake Rogers made another strong drive to see him bag another try. The last 2 tries were scored by Josh and Sam who both kept up pressure to dive on loose balls to make the final score 50-25 to Brixham.
